The Sambiya Lodge is a wonderful budget lodge where you can stay as you explore the Murchison Falls National Park. The lodge has the best and most wonderful bandas, which are awesome with standard budget services. The Sambiya River Lodge is located in the middle of the Murchison Falls public park. It is also the closest convenience office to Murchison Falls; the highest point of the falls is only 15 minutes away from the hotel.

The Kaniyo Pabidi Camp in Murchison Falls National Park is one of the best budget accommodation facilities in Murchison Falls National Park. Because the jungle is only a short distance away, chimp tracking is a must if you stay at Kaniyo Pabidi Camp. The site was once held by the Jane Goodall Institute of Research, but it is currently maintained by Uganda Lodges, which also manages several safari camps in Uganda’s national parks.

The Uganda Wildlife Authority (UWA) manages a camping facility at the top of the falls. However, it is only a camping spot that can be used by individuals who have camping equipment. It has excellent security, a lovely setting, and the sound of the waterfalls is soothing enough to serve as a lullaby.

Chilli Rest Camp: This camp is ideal for visitors on a tight budget, as it is located in the park’s southern section and offers stunning views of the Nile. The Chili Rest Camp is located next to the Nile’s riverbank in the southern park, and it provides a beautiful view of the river as well as attractive scenery. The bandas at Red Chilli Camp provide inexpensive accommodation with comfy twin beds and soft linen for a good night’s sleep. Red Chilli also offers a restaurant and a basic bar where you can satisfy your appetite and quench your thirst.

Mama Wasindi Lodge in Murchison Falls National Park: Mama Washindi Lodge is a peaceful and comfortable budget accommodation located north of Murchison Falls in Pakwach East, overlooking the White Nile. Self-contained rooms, equipped safari tents, and a family banda with a separate eating area are available to guests. Each room has a double or twin bed, a private balcony, and a flushing toilet. Breakfast is included, as is Wi-Fi and private parking.

Budongo Eco-Lodge in Murchison National Park: Budongo Eco Lodge, hidden beneath a canopy of woods, is well situated to appreciate the delights of both the Budongo Forest, home to around 700 chimps, and the Murchison Falls, located farther south. Families and travelers will appreciate the dormitory-style accommodations in spacious timber cabins. There are also several self-contained rooms, five private cabins, and a restaurant on the premises.

Murchison Falls National Park: This campsite, named after the rare shoebill stork that inhabits Murchison National Park’s Albert Delta, is a lovely place to relax. Set up your tent on the Nile’s edge and sip a sundowner while listening to the hippos and other animals that frequent the riverbank below. Bring your tents and cooking equipment to Shoebill if you want to do your camping there. If you don’t feel like cooking, the adjacent camp, which is run by the same people, has a restaurant and welcomes Shoebill Campsite guests to use their swimming pool.

Masindi Hotel In Murchison Falls National Park, the Masindi Hotel, which was opened in 1923, is one of Uganda’s oldest hotels and has a fascinating history. Catherine Hepburn stayed here while filming “African Queen,” and there’s a lovely campsite beside the old colonial hotel with fantastic hot showers. Despite its proximity to a town, the neighborhood is lush and quiet, with plenty of birds, and the neighboring market is a fantastic place to fill up on fruits and vegetables.
